Cityline Transportation
A ride service in Western New York that needed more than a website.
Riders book and pay online and watch their car arrive on a map. Drivers and dispatchers run the day from their own screens, and a phone app keeps drivers’ locations live while they navigate.
What we built
The website and the whole system behind it. App screens are shown with sample data.
- Online booking that shows the exact price before you book
- Card or cash payments, tips and receipts, with card payments through Stripe
- Live tracking on a map, even while the driver navigates in another app
- A Driver Portal for rides, stops, navigation and live location
- A Dispatcher Portal to assign rides, book for phone callers and see every driver
- Cityline Staff, an Android app for drivers and dispatchers with ride alerts
- Rider accounts with ride history, saved places, promos and loyalty points
